I am a self-taught artist born and raised in the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley. I have a background in anthropology, which truly turned my fascination into a passion for tattooing. I left college to pursue tattooing full time and never looked back.
I concentrate on ornamental and manga/anime tattooing. Ornamental is my way of reflecting the ancient foundations of tattooing which sparked my passion with the hopes of creating new traditions, forms of self expression and ways of honoring ourselves and ancestors. Manga/anime is a nod to my childhood passions, growing up in the age of anime music videos and wearing naruto headbands in middle school. Let’s be real though, I never outgrew it! Though vastly and almost comically different, both are fulfilling and equally important passions to me.

You can find me tattooing at Refuge Tattoos in Hartford, CT. The studio is located at 95 Pratt St, with both paid street and lot parking. I suggest the 66 Asylum St lot, as we can validate for appointments over 3 hours — though feel free to park anywhere you’d like.
